I remembered about 10 years ago, I read that on one of GUIDE book to Viet Nam “You have to try to eat SNAKE, it makes you stronger”.

Never have chance until one of my friend took me out and ate snake. They gave me the whole BILE, and it made me really hot from inside.

You could easy find the restaurants which serve snakes in Viet Nam. But, Le Mat village offers quite variety ways to cook SNAKE. They always has 3 kinds of snake for you to choose:

1. Ran rao ta (Non-poisonous Farm snake), quite small – 800k/ each
2. Ran rao rung (Non-poisonous Wild snake), quite big – 1.600k/ each (double sizes than Farm snake, about 1 kg/ each)
3. Ran Ho Mang (Poisonous Cobra), quite big – 1.800k/ each (same size as Ran Giao rung)

You could try many restaurants in Le Mat Village, however I tried in two restaurants and both of them offer quite well.

2. Nguyen Van Duc Restaurant
